Morning Session:

7:15-7:50 AM – 1^st warm-up (designated lanes for one-half of swimmers)

7:50-8:25 AM – 2^nd warm-up (designated lanes for one-half of swimmers)

8:26-8:35 AM – sprints in all 6 lanes

8:35 AM -- clear the pool

8:45 AM – session starts

Afternoon Session:

1:15-1:50 PM – 1^st warm-up (designated lanes for one-half of swimmers)

1:50-2:25 PM – 2^nd warm-up (designated lanes for one-half of swimmers)

2:26-2:35 PM – sprints in all 6 lanes

2:35 PM -- clear the pool

2:45 PM – session starts
