MEET FORMAT: All events will be deck seeded during warm-ups and swum as timed finals.  Coaches must turn in scratches no later than 30 minutes before the beginning of the session.  Heat and lane assignments will be posted in both pool areas prior to each event.  Coaches will be able to pick up heat sheets.  Swimmers are to report directly to their lane before their event is called.  Coaches are responsible for ensuring their swimmers are in the correct heat and lane.  The 1000 and the 1650 freestyles will be swum fastest to slowest.  Teams must provide their own timers for the distance events (2 timers per lane).

SITE:  Karl B. Michael Pool is located in the Alumni Gym building of Dartmouth College on Wheelock St. in Hanover, NH.  The Michael Pool is a six lane 25 yard pool.  Wave-reduction lines separate lanes.  Timing and results displays are accomplished by Colorado® Timing.  Spectator capacity is 1,500.  The Spaulding Pool, a 25 yard, 4 lane pool is adjacent to the Michael Pool and is available as a separate warm-up and warm-down area for swimmers.  There will be touch pads at both ends of the pool for the morning sessions.

Swimmers and spectators are not allowed in any other of the athletic facilities including gymnasiums, weight rooms and training areas.  Food and drink are not allowed in the bleachers, deck or locker rooms.  Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.

COURSE: Short course yards (25 yards).
