Morning Sessions (January 22 & 23, 2005)

7:15-7:40 AM: 1^st Warm-Up (general w/lanes assigned to teams)

7:40-7:50 AM: 1^st Warm-Up (pace 1 & 6, sprint 2 & 5, general 3 & 4)

7:50-8:15 AM: 2^nd Warm-Up (general w/lanes assigned to teams)

8:15-8:25 AM: 2^nd Warm-Up (pace 1 & 6, sprint 2 & 5, general 3 & 4)

8:25 AM – Clear Pool

8:30 AM – National Anthem

8:33 AM – Competition Starts

Afternoon Sessions (January 22 & 23, 2005)

1:15-1:40 PM: 1^st Warm-Up (general w/lanes assigned to teams)

1:40-1:50 PM: 1^st Warm-Up (pace 1 & 6, sprint 2 & 5, general 3 & 4)
