Saturday, January 31^st - AM

7:00-7:25 - warm-up for all 13/14 age group

7:25-7:50 - warm-up for all 10 & Under age group

7:50-7:55 - lanes 2-4 sprint, lanes 1&5 pace

7:55 - clear the pool

8:00 - start

Saturday, January 31^st - PM

1:00-1:25 - warm-up for all 11/12 age group

1:25-1:50 - warm-up for all 15 & Over age group
(plus 13/14 age group warming up for events 29 & 30)

1:50-1:55 - lanes 2-4 sprint, lanes 1&5 pace

1:55 - clear the pool

2:00 - start

Sunday, February 1 – AM (note change from Saturday)

7:00-7:25 - warm-up for all 10 & Under age group

7:25-7:50 - warm-up for all 13/14 age group
